Developed collaboratively by The One Club for Creativity and The 3% Movement, Next Creative Leaders is a portfolio competition that identifies, celebrates, and gives a global platform to talented, gender expansive creatives who are making their mark on the world with both their work and a unique point of view on creative leadership.
Talented women, trans, and non-binary identifying creatives who are stepping into leadership roles: copywriters, art directors, designers, ACDs, newly-promoted Creative Directors and Design Directors (less than a year with that title) and creative teams who are doing game-changing work and helping change our industry for the better.
Know someone doing amazing work? You should nominate them and we can reach out to officially invite them to enter. Entering NCL requires information on both a creative's biography and point of view, so unless you are entering for yourself or as an awards manager, we recommend you nominate a creative!
Next Creative Leaders is an international competition with an international jury of creatives leaders committed to gender equity and inclusion in the advertising and design industry.
